HELICOPTER CONCRETE
Helicopterized concrete with quartz or without quartz, is a modern technology designed to create mechanically finished surfaces with a mirror appearance and extremely resistant to heavy traffic.
This product, helicopterized concrete, is recommended for the creation of large surfaces that are used in industry: halls, factories, parking lots, shopping centers, malls, logistics centers, markets, garages, silos, warehouses, etc.
This technology is also known as helicopterized industrial flooring and can be made in different colors (grey, black, green, red) using quartz or plain gray without using quartz.
Being a floor with industrial use, this floor has a minimum thickness of 20 cm and the concrete used has a very high resistance (but it can also be used in smaller spaces such as garage, house - minimum thickness of 10 cm).
The helicopterized industrial floor is a modern system based on the creation of a layer of concrete with special characteristics, treated with a fresh layer consisting of cement minerals and color pigment that lead to a unique, durable and mirror-like finished result.
MECHANISED Screed
The purpose of the spade is to level a surface, a structure at a certain level and is used as the final support for another floor (parquet, tiles, mosaic, etc.)
Our company is specialized in the pouring of hoes. The preparation and pumping of the hoes is ensured by special machines, the surface level is obtained with a laser device and the finishing with the disc helicopter.
EPOXY RESIN
Having a high resistance to traffic, dust and mechanical demands, epoxy floors are a smart choice for spaces with strict hygiene standards. These epoxy floors are liquid floors obtained by casting and are recommended for heavy industry, electronic industry, chemical industry, covered parking lots, industrial halls, hospitals, laboratories, ramps, etc.
The advantages of epoxy floors:
They are economic flooring systems with long-term resistance;
The obtained floor systems show, at the end, a special gloss, forming a level surface without joints;
It is applied on concrete, sandstone, mosaic, semi-wet screeds in thicknesses of 1-4 mm depending on the subsequent mechanical and chemical demands;
Anti-slip floors can be obtained (mixed with quartz), with increased resistance to abrasion, mechanical shock and chemical products;
Mixed with colored chips, glass pearls, decorative or aesthetic floors are obtained that can be applied to offices, apartments, restaurants, etc.
